Useful Information

The meals calendar screen can display menus as attachments, making them available to parents to view or download via their scopay.com account.
Before you begin make sure you have saved a copy of the menu (or menus) as pdf files to a convenient location, accessible from your PC.

Upload a Menu document/attachment

  • Log in to scopay.com/UserWebapp using your normal SCO login (email address and password)
  • Select Configuration
  • Click Meal and session attachments
  • Select Dinner money as the pre-payment account from the drop down menu
  • Click Add



  • Enter a Description (this will display online to parents)
  • Select the Valid from: date for your menu
  • Select a Valid to: date for the menu
  • Click the Browse button to upload your saved menu
  • Click Add
  • Repeat the process to add in further menus if required
    (eg different language versions or menus covering different dates)
  • When all menus are uploaded, close the window via the X in the top right hand corner



Parent View

Parents will see the attachment(s) available when they view the dinner calendar via their scopay.com login.

  • The parent logs in to scopay.com
  • Under Dinner money, click on ORDER MEALS

  • The menu will be displayed under ATTACHMENTS
  • Click on the link to either open or save the attachment

Note: menu attachments will only display against a month that they are valid for.  

If the menu is not valid for the month the parent is viewing, the menu will not be displayed.
