Useful Information
SCO Lettings gives sites the option to allow Hirers to check facility availability online and send a provisional booking request.
Enable Online Bookings
To enable the online booking functionality:
- Click on the Configuration tab
- Select System options
- Click the Lettings
- Tick Enable online bookings
- If you wish to restrict how far in advance Hirers can book facilities, amend the Do not allow bookings past this date
- Click on Done
Note that these settings can be amended at any time should you wish to suspend online bookings, or to release new booking dates in the future.
