Hirer's View - Booking History
The Hirer goes to SCOPAY and logs in with their email address and password
Select the main Lettings heading
The status of bookings is displayed, indicating whether a booking has been Confirmed or is Provisional
Hirers can use their online account to cancel any upcoming bookings that have a Provisional status
Any cancelled bookings continue to display on the My bookings page, but carry a Cancelled status
