Useful Information

To use the Stock Control feature you must have products available in SCO and these should be marked as stock products.


Set Product Stock Levels

  1. Click on the Orders tab

  2. Select View stock products

  3. This will display all products that are flagged as stock products

  4. Click on an item to select it and click Edit stock product

  5. Select Set stock level to and enter the quantity

  6. Notes can be added for each individual stock product e.g. notes about the product or their location in the stock cupboard. These notes are for internal review only and are viewable on the Stock level management screen. They are not displayed to parents online

  7. If the item is restockable tick Restockable item

  8. Select OK

  9. Repeat for other products


A record of updates to stock levels (e.g. resetting stock levels after a delivery) and changes to an order status will be stored in the Audit logs.
