Useful Information

If a parent unsubscribes from emails, they will no longer receive email communication from Schools Cash Office - this will affect your school if you are using the Communications module.

How to check who has Unsubscribed

  • Go to the SCOPAY Admin Site

     and

     and login with your SCO login details (email address and password)

  • Click

    on 

    on Reports

  • Click

    on 

    on Communications reports

  • Click

    on 

    on Blocked email address report

  • Click

    on 

    on Show report (you can also select to Export to CSV/Excel)

How did the parent Unsubscribe?

Emails sent from the SCO Communications module have a footer (see below in italics) giving the parent the option to to Unsubscribe.

If you no longer want to receive emails from your school(s), unsubscribe here

How to Resubscribe

If the parent wishes, they can can Resubscribe

  • Go

    to 

    to https://www.scopay.com/resubscribe.html

  • Enter

     and select 

     and select I'm not a robot

  • A message will be

    displayed 

    displayed Successfully resubscribed

  • Send a test email

     to the parent to ensure this resolves the issue
