Once the Cohort has been created, pupils can be added.
Click on the Configuration tab
Select Account configuration
Select Cohorts
On the left-hand side, select the cohort you wish to add pupils to
On the right-hand side, select the Class list, Pupil list, Year gps or Staff list tab
Click the plus sign to open the relevant section
Tick the boxes for the pupils/staff to be added to the Cohort
The number of members in the Cohort is displayed at the bottom left
This list can subsequently be Exported to excel
All members on this list can be Cleared
Click Done
