Relevant text hereYou can send a text or email to a group of accounts, such as Classes, Year groups or Staff. If the group you would like to send a message to is a mixture of these, you can set up a cohort.

Send a Text or Email to a Cohort

  1. First Create the Cohort

  2. Refer to the section Using Communications

  3. When adding Recipients to your Email or Text, ensure you select the relevant Cohort
