Cancel/Delete a Lettings Booking
To cancel/delete an individual booking:
Click on the Lettings tab
Click on Calendar
Select the Booking
Under Common tasks select Cancel booking to display the cancel booking form
Select whether you want to mark the booking as cancelled (so that you still have a record of it) or permanently delete it
Click the OK button to confirm the changes
To cancel/delete a regular booking:
Click on the Lettings tab
Click on Calendar
Select one of the bookings for the regular booking in question
Under Common tasks select View booking form
Under Other tasks select Delete booking form
Click the Yes to confirm the changes
