Activate a Local Authority’s ePayment Gateway Codes

This option is available for schools within the Hampshire, Luton, Pembrokeshire, Portsmouth, Southampton, Surrey and Wiltshire LAs only

1. Click on the Configuration tab

2. Select Banking configuration

3. Select Account codes

4. Select Clear and reload codes

5. You may be asked to enter your password

6. Click on the relevant Local Authority

7. Click OK, click Yes to the warning message

8. Click Close. The codes will be loaded

9. Click Done

The codes can be assigned to individual products, trips and pre-payment accounts.
