Import Pupil Photos using the Dynamic Link to SIMS
Note that photos will be displayed in displayed in the Classroom editiononce configured as below. They will not show anywhere else in the system.
1. Import the Photos
Click on the Configuration tab
Click on Import from external system
Click on Import configuration
Next to Import type Photo, ensure SIMS Dynamic Link is selected (not csv)
Click on OK
Click on Photo import
The link to SIMS will run and link in any photos
Click on Close
...
2. Set Photos to Display in the Classroom or Dining Hall
...
The photos will be displayed in the Classroom Editiononce configured.
