Useful Information

Note: For  For schools using SCO Dinner Money, a separate separate Dinner money pre-payment account is  is available, and for schools using Cashless Catering with a link to a third party cashless system, a separate separate Cafeteria account may  may be available.

On Account income is a useful way of dealing with the multitude of small value costs in schools. One deposit at the beginning of term could cover several weeks of costs. It saves parents having to send in cash, write multiple cheques or make multiple online transactions.

On Account income is also helpful for the less regular, higher value items like school trips or uniform replacement. Parents can smooth the cost of these items by paying in regular small sums that will create a credit balance for them when the item needs to be paid for.

Account statements with full transaction history and details of individual transactions can be viewed and printed from the the Accounts screen.
For further details of viewing and printing an account statement from the Accounts screen, see the section on on View Pupil's Payment History.
