Useful Information

Cohorts can be created by importing data from the school pupil management system (for example SIMS, Progresso, CMIS, Scholarpack, Bromcom, Arbor, PupilAsset, Integris G2).
An example might be for subject sets, e.g. for Geography Set8A.
To import cohorts into SCO, you will need to generate a report from your pupil management system and import the pupil data into SCO.

Import a Cohort

1. Create a Cohort

  5. Save the Excel file as a CSV (comma delimited)

3. Import the New Pupil Data

This only needs to be carried out once and can be done from any client PC.
