Generate Lettings Statements

for Hirers
Read step by step instructions here:
Click on the Lettings tab
Click on Accounts
Click on Print statements
Select the Hirer you wish to print reminders for or select All hirers
Enter the required date range of the statements you wish to include
Edit the template if required by clicking on the link
Click OK to initiate the printing of statements. This will load Microsoft Word and automate a mail merge to produce one page for each selected Hirer
