Frequently Asked Questions

1. What happens if I can’t log into the portal?

Please email support@tucasi.com with your support request.

2. Why does the e-catering portal sign-in page not display when I click the Catering returns button in SCO?

This could be because your computer is set up to use an unsupported browser, such as IE11.  Please contact your IT Technician to change the default browser to either Chrome, Edge, Mozilla or Safari.

 

3. What if my meals are not uploading from SCO into the portal?

If your meals have not uploaded from SCO please email support@tucasi.com with your support request.

 

4. I do not have access to the internet, how do I send my meal numbers?

Please call the HC3S main line , on 023 8062 9388 and select option 2. You will be advised what information they require.

 

5. I need to sign off my daily meal order, but the Submit button is greyed out?

The Submit button will become active only once the Total meals ordered matches the Served meals confirmed by the kitchen.  Please update the meal order form with the appropriate additional meals so they match, and the Submit button will become active.

 

6. Who do I contact if I have an issue with my billing?

For billing queries, please call the HC3S main line on 02380 629388 and select option 2 for catering support.

 

7. I am new and I don’t know how to use the portal?

Please read the User Guide and watch the Videos provided above.  For any other queries regarding how to use the e-catering portal, or if you think you have a technical issue, please call the HC3S main line on 02380 629388 023 8062 9388 and select option 2 for catering support.

 

8. How do I add a new user to the portal?

Please email support@tucasi.com with the person’s full name, email address and school ID.

 

9. What if the firewall is blocking access to the e-catering portal?

Ask your IT Team to ensure you have access to https://ecatering.hc3s.co.uk and https://www.scopay.com
