For parents to access individual teacher schedules on SCOPaySCOPAY, your teachers must be listed as Staff on SCO and linked to Classes

To View Staff in SCO

  1. Click on the Configuration tab

  2. Select Account configuration

  3. Select Staff

  4. If the Staff are not listed here, refer to the

Job Share Classes

It is not possible to link 2 Teachers to the same Class. 
You can add a new Teacher using the Surname of each of the 2 Teachers in the Last name and First name fields. 
Assign this new Teacher to the Class.
The Teacher would then display as, for example, SMITH BROWN.
