If you have completed the Academic Year End Process and there is still a problem, carry out the following (ensure your MIS is updated with the same data to avoid any changes being overwritten during a future import)

CLASSES - Some old classes are showing on my system - how do I remove these?

If old classes are displayed in SCO, this might be because there are pupils still assigned to the class.
You will need to move these pupils into a different class or delete them before you can delete the class.

1. View the pupil in the class

  1. Click on

...

  1. the Configuration tab

  2. Click

...

  1. on Account configuration

  2. Click

...

  1. on Pupils

  2. Click on

...

  1. the + sign

...

  1.  next to the class name and click on the relevant pupil

...

2. EITHER Move the pupils to the correct class

  1. If the pupils should still be on the system, assign them to their

...

  1. correct Class and Year Group

  2. Click

...

  1. on Done

...

3. OR Delete the Pupils

  1. If the pupils should no longer be on the system and they have no account balances, click

...

  1. on Delete this pupil

4. Delete the Class
