Useful Information

Deleting Hirers will permanently delete all of the Hirer information including bookings and invoices and should be used with caution.
It is recommended that you do not delete Hirers if you wish to retain any of this information for audit.
Hirers cannot be deleted if they have uninvoiced bookings or unpaid invoices.

Delete a Hirer

  1. Click on the Lettings tab

  2. Select Hirers

  3. Under Other Tasks, choose Delete hirer

  4. Click

  1. OK to permanently delete the Hirer bookings/accounts

  2. If a hirer has uninvoiced bookings or unpaid invoices, you will see a window advising you of this.  These hirers cannot be deleted until their accounts are settled.
