Useful Information

Most reports in the Lettings menu allow you to select between a Presentation style and a data sheet style
The Presentation version of the report provides a printer-ready formatted report
The Data style provides a data grid for easy exporting to Excel

To Print the report hover the mouse over the report and select the Print icon from the pdf viewer menu bar

Booking Analysis Lettings Report

This report

provides a list of all invoices - unconfirmed invoices will be indicated by an asterisk

shows the percentage of utilisation, based on the annual availability configured for each facility

  1. Click on the Lettings tab

  2. Click Reports

  3. Select Booking analysis

To add a Filter click on Add selection criteria ...
  1. Select the required

Field
  1. Date range

  2. Select

the required Condition
  • Select the required Value
  • Click on Add to list
    1. to Group bookings by

      1. Facility or

      2. Hirer

    2. Click OK

  • Click OK
  • Switch between the following 3 views:

    • Presentation style - provides a printer-ready formatted report

    • Data report style - provides a data grid for easy exporting to Excel

    • Excel - click the Export button to send the data grid to Excel

    Note: If the report does not open in the expected format, check that the default program for opening csv format files on your PC is set to use Excel. If necessary consult your IT Support Team.
