To Manage Shared Templates
A. Locate or Create the shared folder on your network drive

named SCO, Tucasi Templates, or another name assigned by your school)

Do not

use the folder on the C Drive (C:\sco) unless you are the only person generating letters, emails or texts - this is not a shared folder
Make a note of the shared folder name and path (this might be something like H:\Admin\Tucasi Templates
If a template folder does not exist, then create one at this point and copy the contents of the C:\sco\DefaultDataFiles folder into it
If you are unable to locate templates, you may need to seek assistance from your IT support.
