Useful Information

There are different areas in SCO that show that a pupil is entitled to Pupil Premium - Accounts, Dinners, Extended day, Trips and events and Income - see below for more details.
Note that the Pupil Premium flag is usually imported from your MIS.  It can be configured manually, but a subsequent import would override this data, so it is important to keep your MIS and SCO in line.

Accounts

  • In SCO, select the Accounts tab

  • In the Status column, any pupils marked with PP are eligible for Pupil Premium

Dinners

  • In SCO, select the Dinners tab

  • Select the required Class or Pupil

  • In the Pupil name column, any pupils prefixed with an asterisk * are eligible for Pupil Premium

Extended day

  • In SCO, select the Extended day tab

  • Select the required Class, Cohort or Pupil

  • In the Pupil name column, any pupils prefixed with an asterisk * are eligible for Pupil Premium

Trips and events

  • In SCO, select the Trips and events tab

  • Double-click on the trip to open it

  • In the Account column, any pupils prefixed with an asterisk * are eligible for Pupil Premium

Income

  • In SCO, select the Income tab

  • Select the drop-down next to Select account from list:

  • Any pupils prefixed with an asterisk * are eligible for Pupil Premium
