Useful Information

The Teacher Schedule Report displays a list of individual appointments for a teacher.
There is the option to include or exclude Breaks and Free slots ; Parent notes; Parent contact number (if the school is using the Tucasi Communications module)and Parent notes.
Note that report notes can only be viewed by the Parents and a Teacher (the teacher assigned to a class) - they will not be displayed for other SCO users.


Teacher Schedule Report

  1. Login into the SCOPAY Admin Site www.scopay.com/UserWebapp with your SCO email address and password

  2. Click on the Parents’ evening tab

  3. Click on Parents' evening reports

  4. Select Teacher schedule report

  5. Select the meeting

  6. Select the Teacher (or All staff for all teachers)

  7. Deselect any options not required

  8. Click on Select
