Useful InformationInter-account debts are created when income and/or expenditure transactions are recorded across multiple bank accounts in SCO. In thethe Banking screenscreen, you will see these asas Unsettled debts pending. These debts usually relate to transactions linked to thethe School bank costcost centre. The School bank cost centre is used to hold funds deposited using the pupilpupil pre-payment account functionality functionality. Note thatthat Petty Cash alsoalso uses thethe School bank costcost centre for banking purposes. If Petty Cash expenditure is made for a cost centre located in a different bank account to the School bank cost centre, an unsettled debt will occur. |
