Useful Information

Most reports in the Lettings menu allow you to select between a Presentation style and a data sheet style
The Presentation version of the report provides a printer-ready formatted report
The Data style provides a data grid for easy exporting to Excel

To Print the report hover the mouse over the report and select the Print icon from the pdf viewer menu bar

Accounts List Lettings Report

To access the Lettings Reports select the Lettings tab and click Reports
  • Select the report style you wish to run and select OK. If appropriate it is possible to change the parameters for specific reports
  • Most reports in the Lettings menu allow you to select between a Presentation style and a data sheet style

    1. Click on the Lettings tab

    2. Click Reports

    3. Select Accounts list

    4. To add a Filter click on Add selection criteria ...

      1. Select the required Field

      2. Select the required Condition

      3. Select the required Value

      4. Click on Add to list

    5. Click OK

    6. Click OK

    Switch between the following 3 views:

    • Presentation style - provides a printer-ready formatted report

    The Exporting the report data to Excel
    • Select the Data report style
    • Click the Export button
    • Data report style - provides a data grid for easy exporting to Excel

  • To Print the report hover the mouse over the report and select the Print icon from the pdf viewer menu bar
    • Excel - click the Export button to send the data grid to Excel

    Note: If the report does not open in the expected format, check that the default program for opening csv format files on your PC is set to use Excel. If necessary consult your IT Support Team.
