This feature allows the terms used on the Individual balance report to be changed, for example, Pupil can be changed to Student, or Discount can be changed to Grant.

Terminology

To change the terminology used on the Individual balance report:

  1. On the Admin screen, select Terminology
  2. Click OK to the warning that the Terminology settings only apply to the Individual balance report
  3. Select the red Add button
  4. In the Default box, enter the text that currently displays on the Individual balance report, e.g. Pupil ID
  5. In the Modification box, enter the required text, e.g. Student ID
  6. Repeat to change further terms
  7. Click OK
