Online settings can be applied to All facilitiesFacilities, Facility groups Groups or for Individual facilitiesFacilities. Online settings include: - The option to make a facility available online.
- The option to include a description of the facility that can be viewed online by hirers Hirers e.g. “This room is located on the first floor, with disabled access. Suitable for a maximum of 25 attendees”
- The option to include attachments that can be viewed and downloaded by hirers Hirers e.g. terms and conditions, or seating plans.
- The option to set specific availability each day e.g. Room 1 is available between 6pm and 10pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 10pm on Saturday.
- The option to select an icon to represent the facility.
The current settings for a facility or facility group are visible via the facility tree view. Click to highlight the facility or facility group you wish to view. - A green tick represents options that have been set.
- A red cross represents options that have not been set.
