Here you can add attachments which will appear on every facility that is available for online bookings (this option might be used for site maps, terms and conditions, general notices)
and you can can set the default opening and closing times for each day (these can be adjusted per facility later, if required).


To Change Online Settings for All Facilities

To enable the online booking functionality:

  1. Click on the Lettings tab
  2. Click on Facilities
  3. Click on All facilities
  4. Click on Change online settings
  5. Modify the following to make the changes to every facility available online
    1. Attachments

      Any attachment you upload here will appear on every facility that is available for online bookings.

  2. Click on Save, Yes

Note that these settings can be amended at any time should you wish to suspend online bookings, or to release new booking dates in the future.
