Info

If your pupils book their Extended Day Sessions in advance or have a set attendance pattern, it is possible to enter a weekly pattern against their account in SCO, then automatically fill sessions for future dates.

Once filled, their account balance will reflect the sessions entered (for example, if you fill sessions each month, a debt will be displayed against the pupil's account equal to a month's sessions).

To Set Pupil Attendance Preferences for Extended Day

New Feature

A new option has been added to allow Automatic Overnight Preferences for Extended Day and Dinner Money to be enabled or disabled.  This option stops preferences being filled automatically each day, giving you more control.

  1. Click on the Configuration tab
  2. Select System options
  3. Select the Dinners/Extended day tab
  4. Select Turn off overnight preferences
  5. Click on Done

Click on the image on the right then click Play for a step-by-step video tutorial.
