When viewing trips in the Trip grid, by default a T will display against pupils on a trip. |

- Click on the Configuration tab
- Select System options
- Select the General tab
- Scroll down to the section Options set on this computer only
- Tick the Show paid in full on trip grid box and click on Done
- Repeat on other PCs, if required
