If a cost centre is no longer required, cleared funds can be transferred to another cost centre.

Transfer Balances from Completed Cost Centres

  1. On the Bankingscreen, select the required cost centre
  2. Select the funds in the Clearedcolumn of the cost centre. The View payment details window will be displayed
  3. Select the Transfer balancebutton in the bottom right of the View payment details window
  4. In the Transfer cleared fundswindow, click the down arrow next to Cost centre and select the cost centre to transfer the funds to
  5. If required, click the down arrow next to Account codeand select an account code
  6. If required, change the Amountto be transferred
  7. If no products are mapped to the cost centre, there will be an option to Remove cost centre. Tick this box if you wish to delete the cost centre after the funds have been transferred
  8. Click Done
  9. Click Close
