Credit or debits can be transferred between pupils/siblings attending the same Extended day club. |
Transfer Extended Day Funds between Pupils / Siblings
- Click on the Extended day tab
- Select the Club
- Select the Pre-payment account transfer button on the right hand side of the screen
- Ensure the correct Club is displayed in the Account type box
- Click the down arrow and select the pupil whose account you wish to transfer money From
- Click the down arrow and select the pupil whose account you wish to transfer money To
- Enter the required Amount to be transferred - no £ sign is required
If the amount is a credit, type the full amount e.g. 5.25
If the amount is a debt, prefix with a minus sign, e.g. -5.25 - Click OK
- Review each child's balance to ensure it has updated correctly
