The Debt report shows a snapshot of anyone with debt, how many sessions they have attended and how much they have paid and what they owe.
The report can be filtered to by class or by debt amount and age.
An overall Debt amount shows at the bottom of the report.

Extended Day Credit Report

To generate a Credit report:

  1. Click on the Extended day tab
  2. Select the required Club
  3. Click Reports in the top right of the screen
  4. Select the Club Credit report
  5. Select the Class or leave as All classes
  6. Select any of the following options:
    1. Minimum credit amount
    2. Display summary only - gives a total for each class without the pupil's names
    3. Include staff
  7. Click OK
