The physical bank account to be used with SCO Online Payments can be an existing bank account or a new bank account set up specifically to use with SCO Online Payments.
Within SCO, all bank accounts with cost centres containing products or trips that will be made available to purchase via SCO Online Payments must be configured to be used with either WorldPay or your Local Authority’s ePayment gateway (specific LAs only).
If you don't yet have a WorldPay account, please contact support@tucasi.comGeneral Pre-payment Account can be used to store funds onto a pupil's account to pay for future purchases of items such as trips, uniform, etc.
The pre-payment account can also be used to hold any refunds for re-allocation at a later date.
The funds are held in a dedicated cost centre - School bank.
To use this option ensure School bank is in a bank account that has been configured for online payments. |
