The Teacher Schedule Report displays a list of individual appointments for a teacher.
There is the option to include or exclude breaks and free slots; notes; parent contact number (if the school is using the Tucasi Communications module).

Teacher Schedule Report

  1. Login into the SCOPay Admin Site www.scopay.com/UserWebapp
  2. Click on the Parents’ evening tab
  3. Click on Parents' evening reports
  4. Select Teacher schedule report
  5. Select the meeting
  6. Select the Teacher (or All staff for all teachers)
  7. Deselect any options not required
  8. Click on Select
