The following steps are relevant to schools who use Twelve15 for their catering. |
Allow Caterer to View Catering Debt Totals
In order to enable Twelve15 to report on debt totals for each school, SCO will share catering debt data with Twelve15 by default. This will show the caterer the total amount of debt for your school, but will not include any specific account details.
If you wish to opt out of the data share with Twelve15, you will need to follow the below steps.
To opt out of data share with Twelve15
Select the Configuration tab in SCO
Select System Options
Select the Dinners/Extended Day tab
Untick the box next to Allow caterer to view catering debt totals
Click Done
