Once a form has been created you are able to edit/add questions
In SCO, select the Trips and events tab
Double-click once on the relevant trip to open the Trip payments screen
At the bottom right,
selectselect Form responses
Select Yes to continue
This will open the form in a browser window.
Select Forms on the left hand side
Select the Trip name to open the Form builder
Amend and add questions as desired.

To edit responses for a parent complete the following:
In SCO, select the Trips and events tab
Double-click once on the relevant trip to open the Trip payments screen
At the bottom right,
selectselect Form responses
Select Yes to continue
This will open the trip in a browser window with the trip responses displayed.
Select the Edit (pen) option for the relevant child
Complete the responses by clicking in each box
Click the green tick to save or the red cross to cancel
