Online settings can be applied to All Facilities, Facility Groups or Individual Facilities. Online settings include: The option to make a facility available online. The option to include a description of the facility that can be viewed online by Hirers e.g. “This room is located on the first floor, with disabled access. Suitable for a maximum of 25 attendees” The option to include attachments that can be viewed and downloaded by Hirers e.g. terms and conditions, or seating plans. The option to set specific availability each day e.g. Room 1 is available between 6pm and 10pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 10pm on Saturday. The option to select an icon to represent the facility.
