Useful Information

It is not possible to delete Extended day clubs (these should be retained for audit purposes), but you are able to hide them so that they no longer appear on the Extended day tab.
This will not hide the cost centres in the Banking screen.

Hide Extended Day Clubs


Update the User Configuration

  1. Click on

the

 tab

  2. Click

on 
  1. on User configuration

  2. Double-click

 the
  1.  the user

  2. Click

on 
  1. on OK

  2. Click

on 
  1. on Edit user group*

  2. Select the club you wish to hide in the top box
    If the club does not appear in this box, click on the Add button, open the Extended day group and tick the relevant club name. Click OK

  3. In

the 
  1. the Permissions

 screen
  1.  screen below, change the tick boxes

from Allow to Deny for both Read and 
  1. from Allow to Deny for both Read and Modify

  2. Repeat for any other clubs you wish to hide

Click 
  1. Click OK, OK

 and 
  1.  and Yes

  2. Log out of SCO and login again to update the clubs displayed on the Extended day tab

*This will update the clubs for all staff in the above user group. Repeat the process for any staff who are in a different user group.
