If you've forgotten your password to access Schools Cash Office, it's easy to reset, as follows: |
Forgotten Passwords
- Start Schools Cash Office using the shortcut on your desktop
- On the login screen, select I've forgotten my password
- Enter the email address you use to login to Schools Cash Office
- A new user verification email will be sent to the provided email address
- If the email does not arrive, check the Spam / Junk folder
- Click on the activation link in the verification email
- Set the new password, when prompted
- Start SCO
- Select the username from the dropdown
- Enter the password set above
