1.  How to edit a Form

Once a form has been created you are able to edit/add questions

  • Click on In SCO, select the Trips and events tab
  • Click Double-click once on the relevant trip
  • Click on Change trip
  • Click the Configure buttonto open the Trip payments screen
  • At the bottom right, select Form responses
  • Select Yes to continue

This will open the form in a new browser window

  • Select Forms on the left hand side
  • Select the Trip name to open the Form builder
  • Amend and add questions as desired.

2. How to complete a Form for a parent

To edit responses for a parent complete the following:

  • Click on In SCO, select the Trips and events tab
  • Click Double-click once on the relevant trip
  • Click on Change trip
  • Click the Configure buttonto open the Trip payments screen
  • At the bottom right, select Form responses
  • Select Yes to continue

This will open the trip in a new browser. 

  • Select Yes
  • Click the ellipsis Image Removed next to the trip name
  • Select View responses

    • Select the Edit (pen) option for the relevant child
    • Complete the responses by clicking in each box
    • Click the green tick to save or the red cross to cancel

    Tip

    The website used by the school office to track the status of Trip Forms is https://services.scopay.com/sco/auth/sign-in
