When viewing trips in the Trip grid, by default a T will display against pupils on a trip.
This can be changed to display the T as a P when pupils have paid fully on a trip.

Set the Paid in Full Option on the Trip Grid

    1. Click on the Configuration tab
    2. Select System options
    3. Select the General tab
    4. Scroll down to the section Options set on this computer only
    5. Tick the Show paid in full on trip grid box and click on Done
    6. Repeat on other PCs, if required
