1. What happens if I can’t log into the portal?

If you have tried to reset your password and are still unable to log in please email support@tucasi.com with your support request.

2. I do not have access to the internet, how do I send my meal numbers?

If there is no mobile or cook available, the catering assistant should call the HC3S main line, 02380 629388 and select option 2 for catering support. You will be advised what information they require.

4. Who do I contact if I have an issue with my billing?

For billing queries, please call the HC3S main line on 02380 629388 and select option 2 for catering support.

 

5. I am new and I don’t know how to use the portal?

For queries regarding how to use the e-catering portal, or if you think you have a technical issue, please call the HC3S main line on 02380 629388 and select option 2 for catering support.

 

6. How do I add a new user to the portal?

Please email support@tucasi.com with the person’s full name, email address and school ID.

 

7. What if the firewall is blocking access to the e-catering portal?

Ask your IT Team to ensure you have access to https://ecatering.hc3s.co.uk , https://app.hc3s.co.uk . and https://www.scopay.com
