Trips and Events

The

SCO Dinner Money module helps schools to quickly record which pupils are having lunch on a given day and enter income received from those pupils.
It instantly displays who owes money for school dinners. Staff lunches, visitor lunches and duty meals are also supported.Updating the register on a daily basis is a quick and easy task which can be done either in the school office or in the classroom as an electronic register
(for more information on using SCO Dinner Money in the classroom, see the section on Using SCO Classroom Edition).
There is also an option to allow parents to book and pay for meals online.   

Trips and Events function of Schools Cash Office has been created to help schools keep track of debts and income for school trips and events.
Trips and Events keeps an up-to-date record of who is attending an event, who has paid, and who has any debts.
For trips where the cost is high and where payments will be made in instalments, the system tracks exactly who owes what.

Trips and Events can also be made available to enable parents to pay online. See the Online Payments (SCOPAY) module
