If using the Extended day module apply term dates when the clubs are set up.  To update them:

1. Click on the Extended day tab
2. For the first club, click Settings, Session dates
3. If you want wish to use the standard term dates added above, click Merge standard term dates at the bottom of the screen to update the session dates
4. Repeat the above for each Club that you have set up
5. If your Extended day clubs are open during the school holidays, then enter the School opens and School closes dates as applicable for each club instead
6. School closures will appear as an X on the Extended day screen
