Change Stock Levels

Stock levels will adjust automatically when an item is purchased either in school or online or if the item is refunded. 
However, in the event of a spoilt item or miscount, you can change the stock level manually.

  1. Click on the Orders tab
  2. Select View stock products
  3. This will display all products that are flagged as stock products
  4. Click to select an item line and click Edit stock product
  5. Select Increase stock level by and enter the quantity or
  6. Select Decrease stock level by and enter the quantity
  7. Select OK
  8. Repeat for other products


A record of updates to stock levels (e.g. resetting stock levels after a delivery) and changes to an order status will be stored in the Audit logs.
