Extended day clubs can be set to have a limit to the number of places available. If a limit is set, parents will not be able to book online once the limit is reached. However, school users can override the limit in the Extended day screen. |
Change the Number of Places Available for a Club
- Click on the Configuration tab
- Click on Banking configuration
- Click on Pre-payment accounts
- Click on the + to the left of the Extended day club (such as Breakfast Club or After School Club)
- Click on the session name under the club name
- On the right hand side, enter the number of Places available (0 = no limit)
- Click on Done
This change will take effect immediately.
