  1. Either:
    1. Click on the Reports tab and select Dinner money reports or
    2. Click on the Dinners tab and select the Reports button on the right of the screen
  2. Select the Kitchen report
  3. Select the required Report date range, this will default to Today
  4. Select the classes to report on, this will default to All classes
    To select specific classes, select Filter by classes, then select the required classes
  5. Tick the appropriate box/es to either:
    1. Include meal and non meal codes: this will also add codes such as home packed lunch and absences to the report
    2. Display summary only: this will breakdown the report by key stage
    3. Show account notes: adds any account notes to the report, usually dietary information
    4. Show universal free school meals separately: breaks down the free numbers to FSM and UFSM
    5. Report each day separately: if running the report for multiple days will break the numbers down separately each day
  6. Click OK
  7. If you have not entered dinners for all classes that day, a dialog box will remind you that The following x classes have not had Dinner Money records updated today, and the classes will be listed. Click OK to continue generating the report
